Launched in April 2022 in NYC by two wine and mountain-loving sisters, Alexandra* and Julia. Our Substack is home to high-peak bottle recommendations, recipes, travel ideas, art and more. In other words, this is not just about wine but a celebration of life at high altitudes.

That’s why you’ll find stories about an Alpine bookstore in Paris, a road trip through Piedmont and Aosta, baking recipes, interviews with Dolomites-based bootmakers , Swiss chefs, and more in addition to unique wine stories about things like Heida, Alpine rosé, and Piedmont’s place in the Alpine canon.
